Terms and conditions for using our services

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Gramercy General Maintenance & Décor L.L.C ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for any services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and our company.

2. Services Provided

We provide the following services:

  • Central Air-Conditioner Maintenance and Installation
  • Interior Design and Décor Works
  • Building Maintenance and Construction
  • Swimming Pool Installation and Maintenance
  • Landscape and Gardening Services
  • MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Installation
  • Deep Cleaning Services

3. Service Agreement

3.1 Quotations and Estimates

  • All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
  • Prices may vary based on site conditions and material costs
  • Final pricing will be confirmed before work commencement

3.2 Work Schedule

  • Work schedules are subject to weather conditions and material availability
  • We will provide reasonable notice of any schedule changes
  • Emergency services may be available at additional cost

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements
  • Advance payment may be required for materials and mobilization
  • Final payment is due upon completion and client acceptance
  • Late payment charges may apply as per UAE commercial law

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide safe and clear access to work areas
  • Ensure utilities (water, electricity) are available as needed
  • Obtain necessary permits and approvals
  • Provide accurate information about existing conditions
  • Make timely payments as agreed

6. Warranties and Guarantees

6.1 Workmanship Warranty

  • We provide a 12-month warranty on workmanship
  • Material warranties are as per manufacturer specifications
  • Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse

6.2 Warranty Exclusions

  • Damage due to natural disasters or force majeure
  • Modifications by third parties
  • Failure to follow maintenance recommendations

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to:

  • The contract value of the specific service provided
  • Direct damages only (no consequential or indirect damages)
  • Claims must be made within 30 days of service completion

8. Health and Safety

  • We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage
  • All work follows UAE health and safety regulations
  • Clients must ensure site safety for our personnel
  • We reserve the right to stop work if safety conditions are inadequate

9. Intellectual Property

  • Design concepts and technical drawings remain our property
  • Clients receive usage rights for the specific project
  • We may use project photos for marketing purposes unless restricted

10. Cancellation and Termination

10.1 Client Cancellation

  • 24-hour notice required for service cancellation
  • Cancellation fees may apply for materials ordered
  • Work in progress will be charged proportionally

10.2 Company Termination

We may terminate services for:

  • Non-payment of agreed amounts
  • Unsafe working conditions
  • Breach of agreement terms

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to:

  • Natural disasters, weather conditions
  • Government regulations or restrictions
  • Material shortages or supply chain disruptions
  • Labor disputes or strikes

12. Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes will be resolved through negotiation first
  • Mediation may be used for unresolved issues
  • UAE courts have jurisdiction for legal proceedings
  • UAE law governs all agreements and disputes

13. Privacy and Confidentiality

  • Client information is kept confidential
  • Site access information is secured
  • Project details may be shared only with authorized personnel

14. Modifications to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
